I gotta think of a good intro for this thing. That’s for next time, I guess. Anyway, hello! I’m gonna be using this blog as a way to log my progress on projects and such publicly. The first thing I want to touch on is the state of the website. It’s been… inactive more often than not. But I’m aiming to change that! This blog is gonna force me to update and actually work on this site, so that’s what I’m gonna do once this update goes live! Ive been drawing up new assets and plotting a new map for the site to take. Over the next coming days, expect the front page to look a bit more lively!

I’m going to be moving next week for a job opportunity, which may hamper the progress of a few long-term projects for a bit, but I’m hoping it’s not gonna be anything too bad! Nothing worse than the wait between last blog and this one, ha. In the meantime, priority one will be the website! I also have a few short videos lined up to help me get back into editing properly.

As for Project: Lovey – I’ve sent a special mini-demo to a select group last month, and the feedback I’ve gotten from it has been very helpful in making it better! Once I make decent headway on the website, it’s back to the grind on Project: Lovey. Hopefully I’ll be able to show much more here over time.

I’m thinking these posts will be done monthly – say, first Saturday of the month. Gives me the time I need to actually write these after a work week. Hopefully future posts will be longer. This wa more laying out goals, whereas in the future will be proper project updates. The next “first saturday” will be February 3rd, so… see you all then!

I need to get better at outros for this thing, too.
